Where does Aggregate come from?
Aggregates are produced from natural sources extracted from quarries and gravel pits and in some countries from sea-dredged materials (marine aggregates). Secondary aggregates are usually by-products from other industrial processes, like blast or electric furnace slags or china clay residues. Recycled aggs derive from reprocessing materials previously used in construction, including construction, demolition residues. Coffs Coast Quarries produces its premium aggregates right here in Woolgoolga.
We’re Locally Owned and Operated
We are the only local hard rock quarry in the Woolgoolga area. The materials we produce are quite extensive. They range from landscape rock to road-bases, agg and crusher dust. All delivered anywhere from Macksville to Grafton.
